Great video 👍🏻 I've done somewhat similar sauces with a few additions or substitutions in the recipe. However I never made the Chinese barbeque sauce before. Question is that too sweet with all that sugar in it or maybe I had it and didn't realize in take-out🤔

I know, it's a ton of sugar. Practically half the recipe, actually, but it is P.F. Chang's recipe, NOT a copycat and, no, I don't think it's too sweet but you can, of course, adjust it to your own tastes and/or spice it up if you prefer.

This is it. I'm testing KZbin's algorithm defaults with this video. I pieced together 5 of my previous videos to make this, knowing full well that some of you might recognize the material but it's brand new to most and KZbin recognizes it as such so, uploading something fresh helps me analyze the numbers to see if there's any chance my channel can be salvaged, before I completely throw in the towel. So far, it's not looking promising and I'm not going to put any more effort into all the work it takes to film and edit new tutorials if I don't see some changes in these numbers. I've lost 70% of my average viewership, and it was already low and had plateaued with the same average since 2015 and completely stopped growing. Subscribers slowly increased, yes, but viewership never did and now, it's plummeting. You may, however, see several more combined videos while I test this theory fully. 🤔 🍻

@@PMGK Yeah as soon as I wrote that I went and scroll down I saw the video. You know what it is because of Instagram and Tik-Tok people want to see things quick so they can view more throughout the day especially the younger generations because their attention span is limited 🤣 personally I don't have any social medias. A friend told me that with KZbins new terms are weird also remember how they were not notifying or unsubscribing people to channels because now they want to push these short videos and also drive people to certain channels and content. Maybe take a break regroup do some more research to figure out the best way to maximize your content and get more views. Just in case I wouldn't delete your entire channel even if you don't come back within a year it still all going to be there for you. Seriously I hope everything does work out for you because you do have a good channel 👍🏻

Don't worry, I'd never delete it. The work I've done between this, my website, Pinterest and a few other socials is worth a lower 6 figures if I choose to sell. I actually have buyers already lined up that have more resources than I do, to fix the problem overnight and make this business thrive. If I had a team of people I could do it too, I just don't. Sorry for venting lately, I appreciate your support. Things will work out one way or another. They always do. 😜 🍻
