Haunted... reminds me of a house I lived in at 13. We had a male that was always up to something. He wasn't bad, just busy. I asked him to show himself one day in my room because I knew he was there and he looked just like the misty image in the bathroom. He could move things, open and close things, but couldn't manifest past a misty figure. The current owners say he's still there after 40+ years. For the video where the guy says there was no edit in the video I believe, however that does not mean it isn't fake. In fact it is easy to prove when you rewatch it and slow it down some. First the "mist" could be from a vape pen or something similar, the girl has enough time to walk out and stand there motionless before it clears. Then when he comes to "see" what made the noise she has enough time to walk out of frame as his body fills the framing of the stairwell. Once at the bottom he waits a few seconds and then runs (in a panic like state) back up the stairs. This is even easier to fake as there is no sound in the clip so you have no frame of reference if the painting fell or not.
