I think its not only matters how many hours you sleep, it's much more important when you go to bed and when you wake up. Our body will be more satisfied with a sleep if we sleep from 11pm till 6-7 am. And it's the hardest part to be consistent with this regime

When I get my focus I am so happy because for me its rare and I really take that as advantage. Since I started taking medication I became lazy and always tired as in all the time, so when I get my focus into something I really trying to finish what am I doing that time and if somebody/something bother me or take my attention, lets say I wanna take a break, I wanna give myself a 5 minute break. That 5minute become 30 minutes until I loose my concentration on what I'm supposed to do and start doing something else. 😢😪😥

Most nights I get between 7 and 8.5 hours of sleep. There are levels to how I will feel if I don't get enough sleep. If I get 6-7 hours, I will be OK, but not great. Anything less than 6, though, and I am so tired that I feel terrible all day! I have always wished I could sleep less and feel ok!

Hi Marina, it's really nice to see you!! Well, most of the time I sleep 7- 8 hours. I was thinking about you said and I would like to ask you what do you think about be active at night and sleeping in the morning for example, is it healthy? Some people say No because the brain works better at daylight but maybe because of getting used to, i am really active late at night. I feel more productive. I am very interested in exploring this 25-5 way to work I think it could be really good for reaching my daily goals, thanks for that advice. You look so nice today!!!

I sleep for about 8 hours each night by sheer force of will. I work at 5am and try to go to sleep around 8. I have an alert that goes of at 7pm each night that tells me I need to mentally prepare for the next hour
@VickiBee6 жыл бұрын
I knew a guy who worked for 8 hours straight except he took a few breaks. He worked too much if you asked me. He used to do 4 things at once, like most doctors. That's the only way I can do things too, which is why I worked in Emergency Medicine but I couldn't pass the Pre-Med math test so I could only be a Paramedic instead of a doctor. But where I'm from you have a 4-year degree in Emergency Medical Philosophy or you can't be a paramedic. People think it's like it used to be but it's not. You wouldn't believe all the STUFF they had us doing. We learned how to pace cardiac patients. Why do you think people are living longer now. Although I draw the line at performing surgery in the field. It didn't work anyway. That 5-second Rule may work but the one for microbes not landing on something you drop within 5 seconds is the biggest load of nonsense I ever heard. Bacteria, viruses and fungi aren't polite. They're not going to wait 5 seconds before they swarm all over something and infect it with their disgusting selves.

Awesome Marina , what do you think about polyphasic sleeping ?
@yulongsong15255 жыл бұрын
Actually,8 hours sleep will make u feel quite comfortable , but majority of people cannot sleep about 8 hours, which is because they have to work hard,study hard and take care of their family. However, I want to say that even those are extremely important,you have to spend time on taking care of your health. Let's see if you fell down one day because of the issue of health, then who could give enough loving care for them. Thus, please give yourself enough sleeping, enough relax and enough fitness.

Sometimes I think that I getting crazy, usually I sleep 7 hours. When I woke up my brain always produce some logical phrases but it's does not mean for me anything. I think it's not my mind. And why my brain produced that? Might it's because lack of conversation with somebody. I don't exactly know. But I remember one advice, when I just started learn English teacher had said me "You need too produce some logical phrases in English just for speech." I think my brain started do it automatically with both of languages. What do you think about? If you have something similar try too explain me your opinion.
