i must say i "abandoned" madfit for a couple of weeks because i wanted to try some other fitness youtubers challlenges - and i did them. i wanted a schedule given to me instead of pairing the videos myself. but tbh i was struggling to finish the challenge, the videos got repetitive and not my style, my body didn't like that, and i was mad or sad doing them. so yesterday i came back to madfit and boy i had the time of my life doing your workouts! not to shade on anyone, i appreciate every youtuber and their videos, they help a lot of people, but for me personally there's something about maddy that i love and that pushes me to do better everyday. i will do those burpees if it's with maddy, you know what i mean? hahaha, so thank you so much for posting your workouts, they give me joy and motivate me and i feel good. thanks for your hard work and i'm so happy to see your channel growing! much deserved! lots of love!

i am here to tell you that I have successfully completed this workout without stopping for the first time today. I started my workout journey back in April when I was clicking on random 5 minute butt and ab workout videos and hoping for quick results in order to get society's "ideal" body. Through a lot of crying, stressing, and difficulty finding myself, I have made working out a positive part of my daily routine, which I look forward to and enjoy thoroughly. My mindset and strength has improved so much since April. I have been periodically coming back to this video for a challenge, and I used to try to avoid it because it was horrifyingly difficult and I could not get through it without stopping multiple times. today i could have easily stopped. I could have given up, but my goal was to complete it and I made sure to breathe, smile, and push myself. I did not force myself to do this, I wantwd to complete it because I knew I was capable of it. My mind and body are so strong. I do not have the ideal body, but my mind is happy with that. My body enjoys these challenging workouts for me, not doing it for anyone else. If you are starting your fitness journey, you can do this! You can complete this workout one day too!

The six-pack exercise which I demonstrate in my video "the six-pack exercise" is the single abdominal exercise you can do in your coffee break every day for two minutes that will get the defined healthy flat belly you all desire. because it works the entire midsection 2 minutes a day is sufficient if the exercise is done correctly I invite you all to try it out

Dear Maddie, thank you very much for all your work. I started exercising last year with an idea of loosing weight on outer thighs, but the more I was doing your exercises the more I learned about fitness and healthy lifestyle. Now I know that I can’t spot reduce fat, haha. But I also don’t need it anymore! I came to the point of exercising everyday by your videos and I am so happy with my body. My initial goal was to get a beautiful body, but now I just want to see my body being strong, capable and happy. You literally changed my mindset and I am the happiest than ever. I feel like I have grown a lot as a person with your help. I started vegetarian lifestyle (vegan is still hard for me) and hopefully one day I will come to veganism. So I just want to say a very big thank you! You inspire me a lot. Sending you lots of hugs xxx
