I was super depressed over Christmas and stopped working out (I used to do these videos like 3-5 times a week). I decided "it's January, let's get back on the horse and go again" and omg I smashed this like never before. I've never gotten through the entire thing without having to stop for a bit. I feel so good 😭✨

Guys you really need to do this if you want to built up your thighs! I did this workout just twice, with rest days in between and I’ve already seen the results! I started with 48.5 cm on each thigh and now I have 49 cm! Just in 4 days!!

Updateee: i already had my resistance bands on and decided to keep them through out the workouttt and it was a killerr!!! If you guys wanna stay alive I do not recommend doing with bands❤️❤️ but other than that it’s a great workout

My quarantine challenge is to eventually get through the whole thing without stopping!! When the gym closed I felt so defeated but honestly you have made workouts so much fun and your smile and energy is infectious! Thank you for kicking my butt back into shape cutie
