Your 20 minute dancer thigh sculpt video from years ago has been my go-to for strengthening my thighs, hips and lower back for running. I do it at least once a week so I am SO excited to try this similar workout with some new moves! Thank you!!

I absolutely loved this one. I am a dancer and these workouts make me think about my technique. The exercises on the floor destroyed me. I struggle a lot with my turnout and basically every kind of leg raising but I loved working on it that way. Thank you so much, big fan❤

Yes yes yes!! Warm up and cool down included! I came to my workout feeling a little “wobbly” and unstable and left feeling so strong and ready. More of these please! Loved the format and the moves. I really felt it! Thank you Madi!!

The best thing I can say about your leg workouts is that I see a huge difference in myself. My legs are slimmer and sculpted! For me this is a great thing because I have always had big thighs. It really works 😍Thank you Maddie!
