Be careful of financial advisors. Some are corrupted and will take your money. Better to learn and manage your money. Also watch out of accountant. They also can try get your money. Like I said best to manage your money. I rather get a attorney only

I agree. Most financial advisors probably have good intentions, but some do not. I had a bad experience with one of them.

Isnt is funny? We live in world where Jas cant say anything else but "get licensed bleh", in order to protect his behind from population prevalent sample out there. Regardless he knows the reality. The license wont make anyone expert, and even less someone good person. (Again sample out there is... prevalent. That means its everywhere. If you think that kind of ppl are somehow hearded in some area and doesnt protryde law, finances, politics, police, healthcare or edu... idk what to say.

on a simpler level...... dont look rich. I know many people who are wealthy who daily drive a Toyota camary.... you would be shocked. Certain cultures are better at it than typical Americans who seem to love to flaunt there wealth. In other cultures that is considered rude and You just might get that attention your looking for...... but thats not always a good thing.

That's right. I still have my 1998 honda civic ex which still excellent condition. Also when my friend see my house how big it is he was shocked. LoL... he thought I was living in an apartment.

Jaspreet - stocks are not paper assets they are truly fractional ownership in real companies. Real estate does not out perform stocks (businesses) and requires significantly less effort.

I recently lost my father and have inherited a large sum to invest for my family. As a 48-year-old newbie, I’d rather learn from seasoned investors than risk my own money waiting for the market to improve. Do people actually make money from social trading? I’ve seen someone claim to have earned seven figures.
@butler0411 күн бұрын
It is possible, though it’s typically carried out by experienced professionals with substantial skill and knowledge. Diligence is essential. I’ve seen my portfolio grow by more than 200% since hiring a fiduciary. She takes care of everything, including risk management, entry and exit points, and technical analysis.
@HARRISWEBB1011 күн бұрын
I completely agree; many people underestimate the importance of a fiduciary manager. Over 50 years of data show that individuals who partner with advisors usually earn more than those who invest on their own. I’ve been fortunate to work with one for five years, and my portfolio has reached a million.

This is a remarkable opportunity for transformation. How does one identify a fiduciary?
@HARRISWEBB1011 күн бұрын
Many choices are available out there. People often overlook the significance of having an advisor until they experience financial setbacks. I collaborate with Kris Lizette Dornbush, who is highly experienced and quite popular. You can easily look her up online or check out her website.

Can a homeowner who lives in the property place it under an LLC?
@MakeAndFixItYourSelfProjects14 күн бұрын
There are more tax benefits if it’s your primary residence, you get a homestead exemption and depending on your state you can get additional protections, such as in the state of Texas your home can be protected from bankruptcy, meaning if your home is paid for, but you have business loan or have a loan on a shopping center that goes into bankruptcy the bank can’t go after your home…

The problem with financial advisors is they can be incentivized by receiving a percentage of different investments they invest for you… also only chose one that has made a substantial amount of money for someone else you know.. otherwise you might be getting a broke college kid calling himself a financial advisor…
