… what’s the big deal with def? I run def in my Deere skid steer, 6120m, 6130m, and 5100m. Never have seen a big deal with it

@@rtz549 i mistaked the 3cyl engines for 4cyl. Our 5100e has def. So does the 5090e. All of the 5m tractors also have def due to having 4 cylinder engines.

I couldn’t even pickup a bale of hay with the light 5 series. Don’t get me wrong I love my 5100m on my rakes but that’s the toughest work I would use the 5 series for. 6M everything else. Baler, haybine, loading hay, etc.

• I made a mistake when purchasing this technique with this motor and I will try so that others do not make a mistake. I bought ANT 1000.01 mini loader motor JONH DEERE CD 4045DF270 on November 16, 2021. After 50 hours, the hydraulic pump broke down, a week later new hydraulics were installed. The reason for this is not high-quality import substitution. After 100 hours on February 21, the motor broke down. A week later, they came to us from the JONH DEERE center, looked and said that the injectors (nozzles) were not working. And a week later the injectors came and changed. At the same time, we immediately told them that the motor was not right and the sound was not right, the motor should use more oil. They said that they should do the examination on the injectors. Already 2 months + 8 days have passed, on April 28, the results of the examination showed that the reason for the failure of the injectors could be the reasons - it is possible for the fuel line to get foreign impurities, dirt and chemicals. I myself was not present in the examinations, only God knows his gender, maybe a factory defect. Moreover, I am not a diesel manufacturer. I am not against JONH DEERE, and I do not advertise other companies. I know that while I have a warranty period, so I always wait for a long time for their services, expertise. I need to repair and start the equipment as soon as possible. And I have enough debt. And if it breaks during the seasons, we are waiting for the warranty parts and the season will pass. This expensive thing does not feed, but leaves behind a debt. You will suffer forever. When purchasing such technicians, look around, spare parts for which technicians are more accessible and cheaper. Do not make mistake when purchasing such techniques. JONH DEERE employees say: "If you bought equipment from us, the tractor was repaired in a week and you worked with it and would not have waited so long." Half of the tractor parts are from other manufacturers. Different manufacturers do not interact with each other in the shortest possible time, customers suffer from this. Do you think it is normal to wait 2.5 months for the examination of injectors? If they had repaired it faster, I would have put the equipment to work and half of the costs would have paid off. After 2.5 months, I even lost my job. Look at the sites of sellers, comments are also disabled there, and this is not in vain. They don't want to hear customer feedback. When you call, he doesn't pick up the phone. Some more spare parts will not be found in Kazakhstan. I was told some spare parts will be brought from America within 2 months. After 100 hours the motor broke down. For the examination of the injector, 2.5 months and repair is another plus to wait for spare parts for 2 months. In general, it turns out that 4.5 months to wait is normal or a typical robbery of ordinary customers by monopolists? Chinese technicians give a guarantee of 2000 hours, and these companies have 1000 hours of grants. Wheel base is too long for a 5M series with the 5R not available, the whole point of 5 series is light weight and maneuverability, if you need a bigger machine it should be 6E for cost conscious or 6M

I miss the 5820 made in Germany that was quality the 5e made in india and the 5m made in Mexico if im not wrong they are just getting more and more expensive but also simpler and with poorer quality my friend first had a 5070m with a lot of trouble and then a 5075e with even more trouble i myself have had two 6100 from 1993 and one 6210 from 1998 and a 6430 std from 2012 all high end quality from Germany i borrowed a 5820 and that also was perfect her in Norway we need durable tractors
