I've searched higher than 5d I remember several of my past lives one that I still remember quite a good bit of that life. It was when the Earth was 12d I was a lemerion named Mahoni I helped create lemuria but even then I still had a strong connection with dragons even at that plain of 12d.

Because I am, and I intellectualize everything too, and when I do decide to open a chapter in my own personal book and be vulnerable, my friends do get shocked, but I’ve went through a dark shadow of my soul, and I learned to be vulnerable I forced myself to be because I knew it was as essential for me to raise my vibrations up. I just came across you and find you pretty funny and I like it. Oh my higher self and I have such a sassy mouth together. Overall it was a positive experience but it showed me visions and predicted future events in my life among other things I felt like he could have went about it in a less asshole-ish way which is why your video resonates with me. Mine are probably 4 and 5 4. I can relate that lol. Many times, I ended up seeing problems as a philosophical study by reflecting and reasoning it. I usually do not bring up my "emotional" part of myself to the public cus there's no reason for it lol. Even tho I love listening to emotional song related to loss, death and growth like Fourth of July (april base ver.), I'm not a kind of guy to go "feeling it". I usually just recognise it, move on and get my stuff done. Also, I'm trying not to come out as a know-it-all since I noticed that I sometimes show manipulative behaviour when I'm in a very upset mood. 5. I wouldn't call my higher self as asshole but more like "get shit done" kind of personality. Just purely straight to the point, no sugar-coated, and brutally honest (sometimes in a very sarcastic way). I can imagine my higher self sipping tea behind me rn XD. For No.3 : I don't think I'm your level yet. More like an "ick" feeling with questions of why. So I'm not gonna count it. For No.2 : Not like fully detailed one but sometimes I suddenly feel like something is wrong or off then seconds later words like "laundry" or "meeting" pops up. Once I traveled to WW2 museum and had a panic attack bc I suddenly got all voices telling me in my head like "Get out", "What are you doing here?", "You're supposed not to be here", "Go". It's similar but I don't think it fits lol. Anyway, That's all. Thanks for the video~ 💚

There are many ways. I’d say simple “mindfulness” is a great place to start. Just drawing awareness to your breathing & your body & the present moment. As you gain confidence with that it will become easier with “bigger” areas of life too. 💚
