There is security apps that have settings you can adjust to go through and scan your phone and clean/remove malware etc, if your battery is weak it wont work and do the full job of cleaning and securing/monitoring and running through your phone watching it.

The internet should be used with a tablet or computer. When you use your device for computer purposes you need to invest in an account with a good hardcore hack proof and virus scan and prevention app and they are not cheap if you have a phone like the pixel 2024 the latest iphone etc you need to pay for a good security system and limit your social media on your cellular device because if you have a 5g phone you will realize almost every security app you can download need you to have a 5g phone if you want to be protected 24/7 as in the app dont take weekends and holidays off.
