How would this work in sports situation? Going into a race or match? One wants adrenaline to perform yet also not allowing fear or anxiety to control the athlete and inhibit performance?

My routine : 3 to 5 wim Hof breathing rounds followed by few minutes of OM meditation then bit of stretching and cold shower .Many benefits for maind and body .
