I have listened to about 300000 meditations and literally the only one I can get through! It’s the clock ticking! I anchor in on it. I notice my thoughts with kindly awareness, but I won’t be dealing with you now. I’ll deal with you later. Later never comes 😊

Nice, short meditation, but the ending felt pretty abrupt. When you're ready, open your eyes, and right away it changes to sand in an hourglass sound and done. I wish there was a bit more of a transition...

A very interesting watch, Dee was one of the team at the priory that helped with my intervention in 2018 and I know I wouldn’t be here today without them , I haven’t had a drink since my time there and have the most incredible 8 year old daughter. I can’t credit the work these people do enough it really does change and save lives ❤

Sorry but I didn't like this mediation (I've heard a lot). Always words about thoughts (and they will come.. I'll deal with them later...). Plus yiu didn't say about lying on the sofa or sitting. Then you said it... But after said about fit touching the ground. How if I'm lying for example :)) And weird sound in the end. What for? 🤷🏼♀️ No hate, only love. Just saying 🤗

I think I have met this doctor. He was doing his training at a drug and alcohol service and he went to very great lengths to find me a bed in a local alcohol detox clinic. He was very kind and trusting too. When I relapsed after the (lost count of the number of times) next relapse he dispensed the tablets to stop my withdrawals. He was very nice and kind and also the classic tall dark and handsome a few of the patients at the drug and alcohol services had crushes on him!😊
