I could tell my own story about how my father died, and I don’t feel bad about it.

So sorry for you. I think only people who have been through inhuman humans understand that sentiment. Don't feel guilty, no one should love and miss a torturer.

@@normal_human_female not something I can put succinctly, but I’ll try. One night when he asked me where my mother was, I told him she was taking a shower. He charged me with his walker, and accused me of spying on my mother in the shower. I got a bit ticked off, and told him he was getting senile. I ignored him after that, and went to bed, but then he started accusing my mom of plotting against him, and took her cane away. She called 911, and the cops came. They took him to the hospital, where he died of pneumonia a week later. We never had a normal father-son relationship, and he was chronically abusive, but he always blamed our problems on my stubborn refusal to bond with him. That’s my synopsis. : |

First story: Penny "Avenue" instead of, Penny "Lane"? I hope that was on purpose because it's a very cute, clever little easter egg.😉

Although I often find CTFDN can be a little quantity over quality, it's occasional gems like Immortal Coil that made me become a paid subscriber

Does no one do their research on fey ? Humans are a food

Fey and Fae are two completely different things.
@Meniscus610 ай бұрын
@LoubyLou21 Yeah..... one is Latin and the other is German. Both deal with fairy folk, not fairy godparents. But hey tales from both cultures have them eating humans, whisking them away to never be seen again, and harming us. But hey potato potato

not a fan. I like hill, he puts a lot of emotion into his narration. but drew blood and Otis have one tone: emotionless narrator. it's hard to get scared when you just hear someone reading out loud. big fan of Hill though, he's a great narrator. gravelly voice does not equal good narration.
