Martin Sir, your hotel style tomato chutney is very authentic, aromatic and super tasty 😋, but is it compulsory or absolutely necessary to add sugar to the tomato chutney.?.It tomato and sugar combination gives vomiting sensation to me, instead can I use a small piece of tamarind while preparing the chutney ( because I like sour taste more). Please clear my doubt, whether taste of the tomato chutney will change, if I use tamarind instead of sugar?. I wish you a very happy independence day in advance.
