Yeah, would really appriciate if you also make content about finding clients outside of upwork.

It's in the works! I've had clients off Upwork through the years and on Upwork but I'm also going to be detaching my business from upwork more this year then in the past so I'll for sure share what I'm doing along the way because I still have too many clients coming from Upwork and I want Upwork to be a smaller percentage of my business. I'm not leaving it entirely because Upwork can be a good source of leads but it should not be the only source

I'll start releasing more content on this in the coming weeks and months because I think Upwork is moving further and further away from helping freelancers build real businesses so stay tuned!

I understand your frustration and it sucks, but keep in mind that your JSS is still at 97% even though you got a bad review. So all your good reviews still outweigh it. I saw other freelancers in the 50000 to 100000 Dollar Total Earnings Range and their JSS would go down in the 80s. Yours is still very strong and everyone with a brain understands that u in almost all cases deliver very good work.

Hi, I am new at Upwork and trying to win my first job as an E-commerce customer care spacialist. Should I keep applying for new job posting and there is a chance to win a job or reviews are 100% mandatory to win jobs or atleast freelancers get job invites and changes of winning job through Upwork. Any suggestions? Any suggestions ?

Winning that first job is the hardest and you can apply to as many jobs as you can afford to spend connects on so be very selective in which jobs you apply to and before you do, make sure you've really thought about your specialty as an E-Commerce customer care specialist because there are many, what makes you different from the others? Do the competitive research beforehand to see how to set yourself apart.
