1. Volume - Record at a normal volume (Between -18 to -12 db) 2. Timing - Make sure the lyrics are on beat 3. Tone - Use Eq. Limit the lows, then move to the highs 4. Dynamics - Use compressor. Disable makeup. Don't put the attack too high 5. Remove piercing sounds (S, T..) - Use Multiband Dynamics only on the highs. Bypass the lows and mids. 6. Effects - Add reverb and other effects
