Could the real problem be that the person who is trying to sell a solution is not really so interested in solving the company's problem? He just wants to sell a solution that he already has. Therefore, unlike Albert Einstein, he will not spend the 59 minutes in an hour to identify the real problem and share his experience in how he identified the problem.
