Affective= How we deal with things emotionally 3 Key Components for Success: 1. I have worked where there were similar personalities in each company I have worked for. When I saw that pattern I realized that if I quit this job I would end up finding the same problem in the next job.

Companies intentionally define roles and responsibilities vaguely. They get more work out of you this way. People on the floor have to fight it out. Managers won't intervene unless there's a mutiny.

I think CenterraGold should work with you. Since I already burned out of the corporation because promoted but frustrated with the situation that My director is still doing all my roles, giving direct instruction to my team without letting me know for more than 8 months or giving me targets and telling my team members individually that they do not have to do that target, so I quit. Even I let the HR know but they became speechless although saying to my face that i was correct.
