The best is positioning bc when u play soccer its risky to go and get the ball when a striker is on a breakaway bc then they can pass the open oppenet teammate if u block another striker then the game will be alot harder

Just keep practicing it cus last year I wasn’t good at it but now that I do it more I’m confident with my technique that my head won’t hurt as much now after doing a defensive header to a goal kick
