I'm glad he talked about situational defending when it comes to defensive stance and technique. Most tips are always "just stand at 45 degrees and 1 meter distance" when that isn't what you should do in many situations. The techniques you should use depends on how you match up with the attacker, your location on the field, and the specific defensive scenario for you individually as well as in relation to your teammates and the other attackers.
