stripped and cleaned my carb, put back together, was nearly perfect and then I messed with the air and fuel screws and now it wont run without choke and cant get it back right lol

Reset the screws to factory spec and start over with tuning them.

I can’t find out why my 1980 Honda cb650 only runs on 2 cylinders all 4 cylinders have 130psi compression, nice blue spark and get fuel.
