Hey, Dominik, great video, great channel. I think you should make more video's for shoulders flexibility and mobility, how to develop stronger shoulders because in my opinion it's not easy to train that muscles only with bodyweight and not hurt yourself. Keep good work. Pozdrav iz hrvatske :)

This is great. I thought practicing the kick up without being able to hold for a few seconds would cause learning with bad form. Now I can go play.

For all those people wanting to learn a Handstand, it's simple instead of practicing your handstands just don't; it's useless for a majority of a people because you cannot numerically guage your progress which demotivates most of us. So this is how I learned it. Quit practicing handstands and first try to achieve to military press your own bodyweight. A military press not an overhead press. If you try learning dominik's way I guarantee 90% of you all will never achieve it.

Hi Dominik, great content as always, thank you a lot. Any advice on wrist pain in the pinky side? I hurt it years ago and it pops and hurts a lot, doctor said he doesn't know how to fix it. I'm guessing if I strengthen it then it would feel better? Any very light and easy wrist exercises from someone who had a similar problem and fixed it? Knuckle pushups don't bother it and regular ones are ok as well. Dips I have to be careful but stuff like clapping pushups or archer pushups are pretty hard on it. So far I've just been taping it up and trying to not push it too much but I want to start learning handstands.

I usually do about 5 different positions for about 5-8sets per position. But depends on the current level and skill set. No general rule here simply do as much as you can and try to have fun during the process =)
