The nome of the grip of the single bar handstand 2.0 its iguana grip, its an oguana handstand :):)

I feel more comfortable with fingerless handstands than straight bar handstands. These just feel impossible, and I have a decent amount of grip strength.
@canilhan984 жыл бұрын
some of those are more challenging than actual oahs
@Simon-gx1wf4 жыл бұрын
Can İlhan oahs is 100x harder than it looks, all the variations make you balance between 2 and 4 ways (falling l-r or forward-backward) while one arm handstand require you to control twisting and every direction...
@canilhan984 жыл бұрын
simon lusignan Might depend on individual but i spoke out of experience too my man :)

Woww any tips for the one bar hs.. specifically the 1.0
@trdic4 жыл бұрын
Improve your handstand so you barely have to make any corrections with your fingers... When you're less dependent on your fingers in order to balance you will get the single bar hs fast..

He says "You're a champion. Boom!"
@xCorvus7x4 жыл бұрын
@@FzMinecrafter1426 It's just 'boom' (presumably to imply impressive gains)? Cool, thank you. Dominik saying 'boom' sounds a bit like the German word for 'tree', so I wondered whether this is a word from his mother tongue or some thing.
