Can you apply the same method to other lifts like the bench press with the same increase in weight?

I have just hit 5x5 on +10kg pullups. should i jump to 20kg or is that too big of a jump?

greetings, i just started the cycle on 40kg 3x3 and just about managed the 3 sets. is the next jump to 50kg too much or is it the correct choice?

You’re obviously very powerful. But you’re big and stiff, a bit like Ivan Drago. The other guy was the better boxer and had excellent footwork. If he had been fitter I think he’d have won. I’m surprised he didn’t or that it wasn’t a draw. Congratulations on your win, I don’t want to take anything away from that 👍🏻

Can i use this same program for weighted dips?
@Noname-wz1yy10 күн бұрын
Man says dip your body weight but then does a dip with 20KG lol. Never seen anyone weighted dip their bodyweight. At 75KG my max for reps was 35KG for 6. Bullshit

Buuuuuuulk and focus on 5-8 rep range with occasional high rep work (+10 reps). If you're doing calisthenics only, then 8-12 as Dom said.
