They pre cut a gate, knew where the keys are kept, knew all the cars had cameras and trackers and got rid of them all, and they were taken on cold start early hours with people sleeping right next to them, no one woke up at any point during all of this, it seems obvious to me this like?

Good for you guys, saw this on Facebook earlier and nothing but some really unhelpful comments suggesting the owner was at fault in some way which I felt was adding insult to what must already be a heartbreaking situation. i bought a car from noya motor group about 3 weeks ago, my car was late being delivered because over the weekend they had a break in and guess what the targets were, an audi, porsche, lambo and a merc was taken from the garage, about £300k worth of vehicles, they got the lambo and the porsche back but the merc and audi where no where to be seen, really great to have an open boarder policy letting these criminal gangs to freely steal what is not bolted down...

I see a lot of comments about people sleeping at the scene of the theft... how do you know how close? and second… where does the assumption come from that the engines were running? Maybe the vehicles were towed by electric car to a safe distance? As someone rightly pointed out, they aren't exactly quiet, and someone would surely have heard them. Do you seriously think they would risk making such a noise? They were perfectly organised, knew what they were doing and what they were dealing with. It's unfair to accuse without knowing the facts or the people or the whole setup!

Sorry your cars have been taken. That is not a good thing. Me and my Daughter are still owed a Classic Mini Cooper run each. Brought for us by my late Mum who died of Cancer last Nov 2023. The car was not at the venue, typical A series broken down, but we weee bit informed it was not there, before we turned up. Never had a refund, never had any offer for another drive in a classic Mini Cooper. Just ignored via emails. Maybe your press officer can help.
