Great in theory but a lot of the houses built nowadays are not suited to our climate. Houses have to rely heavily on cooling equipment to keep temperatures comfortable.

White Roof can lower the roof's temperature up to 10 degrees Celsius. Labor to keep it clean is cheap in the Philippines too.
