It's gonna be hard, especially with only 4 draft picks, but I believe that Ryan Poles knows what he is doing, and he's hell of a lot better than Ryan Pace was!

I definitely have my own bias, but I definitely do think the Chargers absolutely need to crush the draft as well. New coach and GM, Herbert lost a few weapons while still needing to truly prove himself... The dead cap hurt us bad, so we really need to strike gold to have a fighting chance against the Red Reincarnation of Hell.

Willams is an overhyped air raid stat padder. Dude struggled against Pac-12 deffenses. The 2 games he had to play in the rain he went 19-34 and was a non factor. Last I heard weather is way worse in Chicago then the Wilamette Valley of Oregon.

@@CBJ2007 A random bad game of CJ Strouds isn't relvent to Caleb Williams. Williams rarely shows up in the biggest games. He lost to Baylor, Texas, Oregon, Utah x3. UCLA and Notre Dame he went 1-1 vs both. When UCLA and Notre Dame had good defenses they made Williams look very average. When he played Oregon state they only won by 3 points despite getting 4 turnovers. They only scored 17 points in that game. Texans had the second easiest schedule in the league this year and benifited from basically getting 6 free wins from their conference games and playing the oldest, if not the oldest top 5 oldest, QBs to ever start in a post season game. How'd the game against Baltimore go? If Texans have same or similar record next year I'll actually be impressed with Stroud. They lost to the Panthers.

@@crossfox255 First the talent level on Ohio state and USC isn’t even close. Ohio state is a top 5 team every year. USC has zero defense so Williams was there whole offense last year. He had one bad game against ND. Who also shut down CJ stroud the year before. Huh, weird right… Either way what stroud did last year has never been done by any rookie qb ever. So still impressive.

The Chiefs need to crush their draft in terms of offensive players even after signing Hollywood Brown, this WR room still needs some work (Especially with an impending Rashee Rice suspension) because our WR2/3 right now is Justin Watson. We also need to find the heir to Travis Kelce in the top 4 rounds.

Enjoy the vacation Tom! As a Colts fan this should be the make or break draft for Chris Ballard. He’s essentially running back the same roster around Anthony Richardson w/ the only outside upgrades being a back-up QB and rotational NT. The roster has pressing needs at WR, CB, and EDGE. The latter two he has not been good at drafting and w/ little cap space remaining after the draft, he’s banking heavily on certain guys to produce immediate results, which imo is his most frustrating approach to team-building.

I think it's the lack of draft picks this year that makes it crucial for the Bears to have a good draft. Though from what I've been hearing elsewhere, this isn't a deep draft except at WR so a lack of late round picks might not hurt them as much as other years. Next year when they have a ton of picks is supposed to be much deeper.

I disagree on putting the Pats here. They’re so far from being good again that even if they have a great draft they’ll be 7-10 at best; in other words, they need to crush several drafts in a row in order to be actually good again. I’d put the Bills as having the most important draft here. The Bears have too few picks to really knock this one out of the park…plus we all know they’re going to draft Caleb Williams and then fire Eberfluss by late December, thus continuing the cycle.
