YASS I discovered the hairnet thing on accident a couple years ago. I went to a renaissance festival and bought a "snood" I've been using it for my curls ever since.
@KeishaCharmaine4 жыл бұрын
Is snood a brand of hairnets?
@MsTheYamification4 жыл бұрын
@@KeishaCharmaine a snood is an old timey hair accessory. To me, they look like hair nets with larger holes. They come in all sorts of colors and can actually look cute when styled the right way.

Btw, thank you for the hair net hack Queen! My locks are almost your length (to my hips at the moment :-) ) and I can never do a "wet set" post wash and keep my curls, so this is perfect! 😘

Your locs have truly flourished and your were one of the first people that inspired me to get locs. Hi Keisha, Love your Locs and the video. Thanks for the information on the hacks. I’m about to order 2 items right now. I’m 17 months into my Loc Journey and I feel that my locs are starting to thin around my edges and in the top. I think that it is the Adore rinse dye that I’m using, but I’m not sure. I also use Dr. Bronner’s shampoo. I don’t retwist often and I don’t wear my hair up in a ponytail often. I’m not sure what happening. This never happened until I deviated from my Loctician and went to another person for a wash and retwist. I need help, because I Love My Locs and I don’t want to cut them because of thinning. Any advise would be greatly appreciated!
@KeishaCharmaine4 жыл бұрын
Sometimes not twisting enough can cause your strands to break. That happens to me and that’s why I twist so often. Only certain ppl can get away with semi-freeforming.
@MrFonvillem74 жыл бұрын
Keisha Charmaine I really believe this is true because I also didn’t start experiencing this problem until I stopped retwisting about every 5 weeks, at the advice of my Loctician. I’m going back to my old patterns.

Hey girl. Your locs are soo beautiful✨. I’ve been loving the channel (New Subbie ☺️) you’re so relatable and informative. I’m 6weeks into my journey and I’ve seen so many changes thus far. I’m super conflicted about 4 of my starter locs.. they seem a little thin right now and I’m not sure how to decide if I should marry them now (while I’m still early in the game), or just allow them to do whatever they’re going to do and POSSIBLY marry them later 😩. What do you think?

So guess towards my lower ends they feel harder. I don’t know anything about hair 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️😑😑 or mine. Besides the fact I have pcos first huge strike with hair. Second when I used to get styles in the past I’ve always heard I have three diff textures. I’m four months in used to have soft hair but as they say perfect braiding hair. If that makes any sense. It’s not as soft. So I’ve been trying to figure out how do I get that hardness out?? It’s only towards the ends. Someone said it may be the build up from the beginning stage of starting. But I feel like I’m trying to fight that and then learning what products my hair needs being that I have pcos so hair loss or growth happens and slows down
@hellogood-morningbeautiful34364 жыл бұрын
I also think I’m in the budding stage as a lot of my loCS looks like clips from others who were budding. A lot of the ends have already formed and not a lot of hair frizzes on the end
