The maps of gw1 were some of the best tactically and strategically designed maps I have ever seen in games. The teleporter was useful, in GW2 you have some terrible locations for teleporters. The maps were very well designed tactically. Footsoldiers could utilize as well as peashooters for strategic purposes and chompers had ways in and out of the maps to help survive digesting zombies. Straightforward, beautiful, tactical maps. Now the maps are too open, convoluted, or have no tactically exploitable locations. Seeds of Time is on point though. That was one map done right.

Business Account Agreed, they were smart, making the maps have strategies and look good. The maps in GW2 still have as much detail and they do not look as beautiful because of the zombie take over theme, but there are barely any room for strategic play. As you said, the maps are too open, the only thing that hides you are some small buildings and props, but as soon as I show myself from one of these, I am target because the maps are so open. And don’t get me started on the crap teleporter spots. Most of the spots can just be easily arrived by abilities and just stack up your team in one spot for the enemy to farm kills. By far the worst teleporter spot is the third objectives teleporter on great white north. That thing is so short it just takes about 4 seconds on a jackhammer. All it does is bunch up your team

Love the individual character rank ups plus the fish for those characters I don't like to play. Love that we get more coins for Co-Op mode. Another option is to play the characters you don't like in Garden or Graveyard Ops. Rank up characters and get coins. That's how I am ranking up Cap'n Cannon. That's how I'll rank up Tank Commnder as well.

I would love to see things like objectives with exp for example: destroy 5 Imp Mechs and you will get 1000 experience. It would be not must to do, it would be up to you, are you going to do it or not. Just my suggestion, but it would be pretty cool.

Overall I like the list. One of the reasons I like 2 more than 1 (although there's a few things from 1 I miss in 2) is that XP system. I really disliked the challenge stars and some of the challenges never seemed to work although the majority were fine. My only real issue with the new XP system is that you can waste XP if you're close to leveling to the next rank in an ops. The backyard battleground is amazing, I wish MMOs felt 1/2 as alive as the backyard in does here. The rooftop camping in GW1 was a serious issue too. Having so many foot soldiers hiding up there made chompers less effective. The quests are cool although some are a pain. I do them all the time and it gives me a reason to log on pretty much everyday, if even only for a few minutes.

1.Making it WAY too long and complicated to get the Party characters, Goat and Torchwood. 2.Only added 3 additional maps (Frontline Flats, Zomburbia, Aqua Center) 3.Legendary characters took too much money and rng to get (from personal experience) 4.Still ate up customization slots with useless recolors of the same items (silver,gold,diamond,gem,infinity,scrumptious)Seriously,WHY??? 5.The whole Boss Hunt submode was entirely tedious and ill-rewarding.(all that work for a freaking HAT) Personally, I still like the game, but these are just some more glaring gripes in the game.

Ripstikking0503 _ even with the butt boosters, quite a few classes can take down imps even when bunny hopping, Pea shooters have a great time against imps purely due to splash damage, Citrons make for an imps worse nightmare, and chompers can easily attack imps even if they bunny hop, not even mentioning the goop. There's also a weakness to the boosters that some imps aren't careful about...is that they can become predictable and make nice targets for a cacti, or others.

Things gw 2 did wrong 1. Removed fire pea, Ice pea, repeater, laser been, etc. 2. Removed old gardens and graveyards maps (I miss u Main Street.) Otherwise everything else is fine.
