This is my checklist before pouring my concrete floor with radiant heat Pex tubing. Yours might be different but hopefully this gives some ideas. It's so exciting to finnly be pouring my concrete floor plus monolithic slab footer foundation all in one! There is so much work to get to this point but now it's finally starting to take shape.

Nice except not insulating under the per say foundation. That is a big mass trying to keep warm. Big bucks to keep your slab warm around the outer perimeter.

Thanks. I don’t insulate under the actual footing because of all the weight of the building setting on it. I insulate on the outside perimeter and then later on I’ll show it but I am insulating 32 inches out outside of the building as well at an angle for frost protection.
