1. There is a setting in Dominar to transfer gear position from second console to main console. Check youtube videos for it. 2. Side mirror is tight as its a tourer bike and people will cruse between 100-130 kmph on highway. If side mirror will be smooth then it will rotate itself. 3. Its a 400 cc bike. New bike have lots of traction with in engine. That is why it is suggested to keep speed below 80. Once bike will cross 1000 km you will feel smooth engine with increase milage.

I own a 2018 dominar, it's been 2.5 years so far with the bike and never faced such issues.. the main issue with the bike is the chain & sprocket but that just requires timely maintenance.. also the vibrations have come down alot compared to when it was new.. I've done 19k kms so far.. Infact I had to come to my native place in march and lockdown hogya so I couldn't go back for 4 months I was stuck in delhi and my bike was standing in my society in all the rain mumbai has seen this year.. I just got it transported to delhi via Gati and I cranked the bike after 6 months.. and it started the second time.. I couldn't believe it seriously.. The bike was rusted and there was some issues with the clutch plate bcuz it was standing stationary for so long and the SVC helped me so much I serviced the bike they even provided motul 7100 and for almost 4K my bike is riding like new again.. I highly recommend dominar 400 for under 2.5L budget on road

2:05 the side mirrors are hard because of the safety reason....If they come loose they will not remain in the perfect position while you were cruising at a high speed....they will not remain stable.....then you will find difficulty to see what coming behind your D4.....The dominar 400 2018 has this complaint that the mirrors are loose and while riding they keep changing there positions .....it is very difficult to adjust because of the wind blast.....

Mileage mujhe 29kmpl mile raha hai city main (Proof video kzbin.info/www/bejne/aWSmfXl_ipmYh5Y), Aaj first service hua and cost 1500, nahi spare parts cheap hai, Daily commuting ke thodi heavy hai in the traffic but ek baar used to ho gaye to maza aayega, Yes there's but it's different then other bikes so you need to focus little I also faced that for first week and then now I got used to it so very easy, Yes heating issues tha but jab maine ecu update kiya uske baad nahi hua after 1st service update karunga.. mere video link main extra details mil jayega.. RR 310 seating position issues hai isliye maine bhi nahi liya daily agar 30-40 mins se jyada traffic main ride karoge to back problem ho sakti hai... Duke is best but price is high and mileage is less like 24kmpl in city.. Now you can check by your own..

Bro my observation..!! 1-Side stand - Not an issue for me it’s fine. 2-Mirror Adjusting- Bro learn how to adjust it. Believe me I adjust mirror many times while riding the bike and it’s done very easily. 3- Second display- Not an issue for me. 4-Build quality- In front side yes it’s a concern. 5- Heating Issue- Bro it’s 400CC engine. Definitely it get heat. Bro please run it and it will be habitual for you.

Thank You Brother.. After 1st service ECU got updated after that no problem, heating issues got resolved after that.. Side stand need to adjust with it no change and you can't change because of sensor, Mirrors I tries to learn them and maybe it'll get easy.. 😀

gixxer sf 250 ko aap issle compare mei kya bologe.. for normal daily use.

Gixxer SF 250 is very good if you want for daily ride plus once a tour on that. Only few drop backs I will say SF 250 will cost you on road 2,02,000 and Dominar Cost you 2,34,000. Difference 400cc-250cc = 150cc. Power 26.5hp and Dominar 40hp. Mileage wise both are almost same Gixxer 35kmpl in city Dominar 29kmpl in city. Gixxer 250 ke fayde light weight, big LED headlight, oil cooling so no need to think about coolant & mileage litter extra. Dominar have advantages like slipper clutch, LED side indicators, extra power, seat cushioning is good, USD forks plus nitrox monoshock, & instrument clutch provide more details than Gixxer 250. I think so you're at the same place where I was options I had Suzuki Gixxer SF 250, BMW G310, Apache 310, Dominar 400 and Duke 390.

Plastic quality overall thik hi hai. Itne paise me or keya dega? 400cc me dusra bike ka price vi thoda check kar lo. Bahut hai price hai. Itna to adjust Karna padega.

I'm not sure yet Shiva service center guy told me after 1st service you'll feel less heating but it'll stay hot because it's 400cc engine.. Not all only when you ride it in city and heating you feel after 30 mins of riding only on 1st and 2nd gear..

If your trip will be less then 100kms go for FZ25 and it's good in traffic.. If you're planning bigger trips like 400kms+ then only go for Dominar.. 😀 Because I think if you're staying in city then next 30-40kms only city and rest 60-70kms you're not able to enjoy riding on Dominar.. It will be good if more than that.. Good Luck..

According to my point of view if you want to ride major on highways go for Dominar you can easily cruise 100-120kph and if you think that you're going to ride mostly on mountain region go for Himalayan.. The difference you will feel Himalayan is lack of power but comfortable. Dominar powerful with latest features and braking is also good in Dominar. Service wise both are same. Parts wise both are same. According to my style I will choose Dominar anyday.. Soon I will make video regarding both comparison.. 2019 Model 😍
