The way I sort snatchy throttle is either to keep the revs high or slip the clutch. Slipping the clutch is not advisable because if you let it slip too much while revving you'll lurch forward, worse case pull a surprise wheelie. Low speed is always the worse with a large bike, but I would suggest lower gear and higher revs.

RevvedUpBiker I did try lower gear later that day actually👍 holding in 2nd a lot more seems good

Yes that throttle, but I kinda like it, keeps you on your toes

The straight bars are great for low speed control, and the sound..... Hmmm..

I have a 2015 Tracer and do not seem to have a problem with my throttle control, more of a problem with fueling. ECU flash helped with the hunting at low rev steady throttle but didnt 100% cure it, but the guy who did my dyno said it was running very lean before the re-flash which is really bad for the valves. Made a fast bike into a crazy machine and pulls even more in all modes except B which he left the same but smoothed it out. My biggest dislike was going around roundabouts and slow bends when the revs were surging and shutting off which has now been completely removed by the re-flash. Also the position of the ignition but thats a small gripe. Apparently my ECU is American and was set for US emissions, now it is set 95% perfect. I say 95% because he removed my pops n bangs from my Akra so it goes back in a couple of weeks to get them back :) Sorry for the long post and keep your vids coming.

John Ramsbottom no need to apologise buddy, that's almost exactly my thoughts! I can't comment about the tracer specifically, but yes it's the surging, makes me look and feel incompetent😄 although normally an Ecu flash would include adjustment to the way the throttle position sensor works, which will also smooth it out aswell as fueling adjustments. Feel the same about the ignition too but not enough for the top 5. Thanks for watching. Rsmf

Really interesting about the colour. I love those wheels but never thought about cleaning them. kinda glad i went with race blue now hahah!! I totally agree about the throttle. It was number 2 in my 5 things video aswell and before I had mentioned it my back wheel had spun out already in the video lol it made a good transition from the first point. have to disagree about the mirrors though I really like them. Great video though I like hearing other peoples opinion on the bike. - ride safe 🖒

How do you find suspension? I sat on one and read/watched reviews and that was the only factor that stopped me getting one.

ObiJimKenobi hi, yeah so I've not really ridden it hard enough to say yet, but I do get the feeling that the front will be too soft for me. Thanks for watching. Rsm8
