You're absolutely right, Gabriel. Life in Nigeria comes with its own unique set of challenges, and the cost of basic necessities like electricity, water, and healthcare can be overwhelming. It’s a reality many people face daily, and it shows the resilience and determination of Nigerians to keep moving forward despite these obstacles. If there’s anything specific you’re looking to discuss-whether it’s about creating opportunities, managing costs, or building a better financial future-feel free to share. How many Nigerians pay tax except you're a civil servant or work in corporate places
@globalcliquehub31818 күн бұрын
We pay the taxes via our self generation of electricity, water, healthcare, security, education, etc. In America everything has been provided by the government, and you must pay the tax to keep that infrastructure going. Also, the purchasing power parity -ppp of Nigeria is different from that of America. Both societies come with pros and cons, we buy most things cash and carry in Nigeria.@@osimosundolapo5418
@sharonwilliams25827 күн бұрын
@@osimosundolapo5418 only those in informal sectors don't pay taxes. In nigeria, whether you work in informal sector or formal sector, we pay for everything ourselves. Security, light, water, education, healthcare. Trade groups have their own way of collecting taxes too. So what are you saying?

Thank you, Veezy! I’m so glad you found my channel, and I truly appreciate your support. It’s exciting that you’re preparing to come to the U.S. as a nurse-your profession is highly valued here, and you’re already on the right track by researching the financial system and culture ahead of time. Here are a few tips as you prepare for your transition: 1. **Learn About the U.S. Financial System**: - Understand how credit works, as it’s critical in the U.S. for things like renting apartments, buying a car, and more. - Open a bank account as soon as you arrive, and look into building your credit score responsibly. 2. **Get Familiar with U.S. Work Culture**: - Nursing is a respected field, and the healthcare system here can be different. Be open to learning and adapting. - Build relationships with colleagues and look into mentorship opportunities within your field. 3. **Connect with Communities**: - Many African communities and professional organizations in the U.S. are eager to support newcomers. Look for groups specific to nurses or African immigrants in your area. 4. **Plan for Financial Growth**: - Start learning about wealth-building tools like cash-value life insurance, retirement accounts, and smart investing strategies. I’d love to help you as you prepare for this journey. Join my **Creating Generational Wealth Challenge** at **creatinggenerationalwealthchallenge.com** for valuable insights on navigating the U.S. financial system and building long-term wealth. @iamdouglaseze8 күн бұрын
Thank you so much for your kind words, Tawa! It’s inspiring to hear about your passion for Naija foods-turning that passion into a business is such a fantastic idea! Nigerian cuisine is unique and has a growing market abroad, especially among Nigerians in the diaspora and people interested in authentic African foods. Here are a few tips to help you get started: 1. **Start Small and Build Gradually:** Begin by catering for small gatherings, community events, or even selling from home. Word-of-mouth is powerful, especially in the Nigerian community. 2. **Leverage Social Media:** Showcase your dishes on platforms like Instagram or Facebook. Beautiful pictures and videos of your food can attract a lot of attention. 3. **Target Your Audience:** Focus on Nigerians in your area, but also educate others about the richness of our cuisine. Offer tasting events or small samplers to introduce people to Naija foods. 4. **Get Proper Licensing:** Check your local health and business regulations to ensure you have the right permits to operate your food business. 5. **Explore Unique Offerings:** Consider offering meal prep services, delivery options, or even packaged food items like suya spices, jollof rice kits, or chin chin. 6. **Stay Consistent:** Good taste and consistent quality will keep your customers coming back. Also, I’d like to invite you to join my upcoming **Creating Generational Wealth Challenge** to help you learn strategies that can support your business and financial goals. It’s in the description, or you can click this link to register: **creatinggenerationalwealthchallenge.com**. I’d love to see your business grow and thrive. God bless you bruv! Some folks will never want to teach you or show you the real way like you said, you will teach anyone what you do. Huh!!! You're like Jesus. Stay Blessed sir.

Thank you so much for your kind words, Craft! I truly appreciate that, and I’m humbled by the comparison. I believe knowledge is meant to be shared, especially when it can uplift and empower others. There’s enough success for everyone, and I’ll always be here to guide and help where I can. God bless you too-let’s keep striving for greatness together!
