My gut is destroyed and I have tried all bit can't get better...panic attacks after meals,gassy yet no stomach distention, always feeling movement in my stomach. upper GI endoscopy brought out nothing.im confuse

Look into a meat diet... Lots of people healed from the issues you been having. Take some time to look into it and understand what is messing you up... Sometimes more fiber does not make the issues better

Man. Taking care of yourself, all by yourself, is difficult sometimes. 30 different kind plants in a week? Oof. How does one eat so many different plant foods. And I'm even vegan lol
