Basically how to incorporate effective punching into your Muay Thai while still maintaining the ability to use all of the weapons of Muay Thai to their best ability. Is there a way to for a Muay Thai to make their hands as dangerous as all their other tools without compromising on the ability to kick, knee and clinch to the effectiveness of the Muay Thai stance and style?

LOL when Lerdsila one time was asked ahead if he knew his opponent, he just said 'never heard' ... traditional fighters like Lerdsila figure out as they go, I'm sure he can make a fool proof plan if he wanted to, but that's not his game. Western fighters treat fights like homework, studying videos and their opponent etc. Not with traditional fighters.

Hi am am 58 old now , fat slow and a easy target in the streets , it was a sunday and no people on the streets i was shoping i care for my mother , and i saw this guy standing stoped at a strategic 6 streats confluence ( i avoid that point ever now ) and the minut i cross eyes with him i new he was to steel me , because i pass 35 years of my live selling in street markets so i read people fast ! i did not show fear i and i pass him say 5 meters and as i pass i move the head to the side and see him in the periferic view he made a step to my back , thats the way people are stolen here thei do not make confrontation they just knok one down by the back in the head and when one is down in the flor the just still everything they want easy ! but i was traking him and the moment he moved i notice it and made a smal reaction to run but it was not nesseçary he abort his move and that´s it ! But i am now training and what i like in your videos is the avoiding work outs ! that is top , because if he had confront me i could only stand , i could only yelling i am to slow for a real figth ... @@Spectradom yeah, it was just a figure of speech bro, u took it too literally. I completely realise just how much effort went into this win...and I fully understand that Gabriel is full of his OWN surprises, and did extensive research on Lerdsila (as I know he does with all his opponents), and watching that fight it was VERY obvious to me that it was just a matter of time before a clinical technician of this man’s level was going to tear down an unorthodox and open magician like Lerdsila. Gabriel is literally another GSP-type athlete. The karate background and everything. Sooo exciting that he’s signed with Karate Combat and will even get to work alongside GSP, Rutten, Machida etc. Very cool 😎 Yeah, good point bro, but I definitely did not mean that the victory was a cakewalk or something. Lerdsila is still one of the best, no doubts 🙏
