Nong-O's guard with his hands is so strong and he uses his forearms to block kicks and elbows in a very structured way. He rarely takes hits to the head. I'd love to see 5 Things on Yodwicha and Tawanchai if you haven't already! Great job Gabriel!

1. Drop head forward on roundhouse kicks(especially when they cant go furtherback due to the border of the ring) 2. Full attack moments, just focusing on boxing forward and pressuring the opponent 3. Durability, not caring about little tickles(low kicks, jabs to body etc.) 4. smart pressure, bringing pressure in a bit(jabs, low kicks, etc.) then letting the opponent come, throwing some big shots and only when the opponent is hurt putting HARD pressure on it 5. Overall control!
