Payload is useless after restart since you need to jailbreak every time to get goldhen running which can use payload to stop updates, best way is to block dns URLs from playstation which is used for updates, you can put them in the router if your router allows

@@Krahamus I don't use internet for gaming, yeah I know that I should apply the jailbreak after every restart and in fact I was talking about the payload which disables updates, I've tried it and my ps4 couldn't update because of it, such a nice feature so that people who use their ps4s on internet don't accidentally update to a higher firmware

As long as you make sure the system is not auto-updating, you can bring it online safely, for the most part. Just don't try to mess around with PS Store.

No, system wise its all the same, the difference is in jailbreak version stability, if you lets say on 11.00 firmware you might crash more often using goldhen compared to 9.00 or lower, also goldhen by itself can be less stable with never version, for 11.00 it might be better use 2.3 version instead of beta ones because crashes, 9.0 in other hand might perform better on beta versions compared to 11.00

GoldHEN will no load, and the jailbreak will be...err.. broken. You will just need to run the jailbreak process again.

My ps account was hacked and sony wont help unless i track down the playstation 3 i had litteraly over a decade ago and get the code off the back. It was still allowing me to play my installed games but suddenly arbitrarily locked all the software. So with litteraly no fault of my own im out my entire childhood library. If someone took the amount of money i had in it from me in person id have to beat the shit out of them. Because they are robbing me. But because its done virtually its to them a victimless crime. Fuck playstation. Honestly i used to argue for their sake as a kid. Never again. Not touching anything made by them again.

Does this mean, that if I restart or completely disconnect the ps4 from the power supply, I won't be able to use HEN again if I don't have a computer or laptop even though I turned on "enable rest mode support" before that. I still don't have a ps4 console, but I intend to buy one with jailbreak 11.00, so the question might be a bit silly.
