I really wanted to live in the Tower District but with having kids, I had to buy in Clovis. There’s cool areas on Fresno but it just seems like the city planners let the riffraff run the town. There’s so much potential here, it’s shocking that the people who run Fresno didn’t see this housing crunch coming years ago and prepare for it. Roseville saw the future 20 years ago and acted accordingly and it’s a nice, family area, with very little lowlifes. It’s like the Raiders brought their fans base here and dropped them off

The shin zen garden is located inside the Woodward park not the River park ... Riverpark is a shopping center ( very nice shopping center by the way)

There are lots of fun activities for everyone to enjoy in Fresno.

There is also the fresno fair during a certain part of the year, it happens every year and a great place to go with your family and/or friends. There is also blackbeards,six flags and universal stuidos that you coudl go to as well. ( Six flags and universal stuidos are maybe either a 2 hour or 6 hour drive, just depends on where you are and how far you are from them)
