I was actually born in Bonnington Square in 1962. It had a shop on the corner now gone and my mum parents lived in the Basement flat of 66a Vauxhall Square. all the properties in 1960s where what you call now HMO no internal seperation of families withhin property. There used to be an Off Licence on corner of Vauxhall Square and on the otherside a milk bussiness (Unigate). What is now a nice garden area in Bonnington Square used to have pre-fab bungalows on and were later used as play area. Further up in Bonnington Square was a bomb site of two house now rebuilt. One of my brothers was also born in the Square. There was five of us plus our parents and we had two rooms a kitchen and outside toilet. I am so please both Squares and all the buildings are still around and not pulled down. I still love area. The question I always ask myself is would I return today to live and answer is yes.

Another excellent video 👍. For sentimental reasons I've always liked Vauxhall. As a family we used to visit some relatives who lived there. You really should be on TV, presenting a program similar to these videos 📺

I stayed in Vauxhall in 2018 and I loved it. I wished I had explored more of the area. I'll definitely go back and explore the places you mentioned in the video. The tour brought back some good memories for me ❤️❤️
