New Home Builds can be a super easy process when things are going right but for the last 3 years things have been anything but easy when going under contract with a new Build. With only having 3 times to view the house and a lot of ground to cover new builds really need more attention that existing builds in my opinion. When A new build process can take 30 days to a year and a half for completion , so many things can go wrong from poor craftsmanship, Builder price reductions and incentives that can devalue your home, and broken promises after closing , having a Buyers Agent that is close to the project becomes important to keeping the house on track and could make the difference between a well put together house and a house that feels thrown together.
