I always love your insight- keep up the great work. I cried when transferring my VA tags to Delaware for about $400!!! I did not know anything about the black tags. I am from Northern Virginia off of Route 66 where 15 miles can be an hour!! Here in Lewes, I stay on the side roads as much as possible.

I haven't been in Delaware in years and some things don't change. Our dentist bought my Dad's junker station wagon just for the license plate . pc2302. Lol

Yeah I heard about the licenses plates thing before and I also heard that the governor of Delaware gets #1 and lieutenant governor gets #2 all the way up to #6 for government but that was such a long time ago. Also almost all of Delaware was part Pennsylvania as a colony before statehood.
