What do the people who buy the million dollar+ homes do for a living? Life long resident if De...currently living in Bear...and ive always wanted to know....south of the canal was basically bare 20...25 yesrs ago...and now its full of people...still weird to see when i venture to the beach.

They have a wide variety of jobs - some I’m sure have family money, others are self made through climbing the corporate ladder or owning their own businesses

Are there any parking lot areas if you just want to park and walk around the shopping, restaurant area?

There is a few smaller parking areas at the park locations along the canal & over at the library, but for the most part it is street parking
