I wish eye products that contain harmful ingredients like BAK preservatives were removed from sale. I'm not sure if it's always guaranteed that the goblet cells they destroy/damage will grow back optimally particularly in older people.

Tap water was very surprising and it has happened to me also with the burning which I thought was normal cuz I have used it to flush things out my what about water in a swimming pool add splash pads with chlorine ?
