Hello Sir. I have a question. I am working on a simulated project using the Double master's simulator. How do I troubleshoot complaints that tasks are delayed due to predecessor tasks? How can I resolve the problem? Thank you.

Hi Tom, quick question. When I am scheduling my tasks, the Gantt chart view shows the tasks with whole day durations as starting halfway through the days. I would prefer if it showed each task as starting at the beginning of the day, and ending at the end of the day. Do you know how to fix this?

@@TomStephensontraining thanks for the quick reply Tom! I found the error. For some reason, even though I put my durations in as whole days, my variance would show up with decimals. The issue was that my standard calendar schedule (File>options>schedule) has default start and end time as 9:00am and 5:00pm respectively, but (project ribbon>change working time>for calendar standard) had working times every day from 9:00-6:00pm. I’m not sure why that is, but changing the working time to match the standard calendar schedule time fixed it. This is an awesome channel and series, it’s been a huge help for me! Thank you very much for providing such an awesome curriculum
