EXPORT CASH FLOW REPORT FROM MS PROJECT TO EXCEL, MS PROJECT MADE EASY NO. 40

I've been asked by viewers how best to export a cash flow report from MS Project to excel. It used to be relatively easy to produce within MS Project but the program changed a few versions ago and it often provides a better result exporting directly to excel.

This is very informative Sir. I'd like to ask, if you are able to compare actual cost to the baseline using this cash flow to see the variance graphically or by the table as you've shown in this video? Thanks

I’m pretty sure you can but I would need to play with it a bit. In future I will try to do more on reports. Im glad the videos help you
