I've been asked by viewers how best to export a cash flow report from MS Project to excel. It used to be relatively easy to produce within MS Project but the program changed a few versions ago and it often provides a better result exporting directly to excel.

Tom Stephenson is a national award-winning professor (George Brown College, University of Toronto) and best-selling author whose background in education spans nearly three decades. Some of the companies he’s worked with include Mattamy Homes, EllisDon, BIRD Construction, MCA, Maple Reinders, and Tucker HiRise, University of Toronto Project Managers.

Sir, I have been watching you for a while. I finally subscribed . I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your patience and kindness in making these tutorials for people like me to access knowledge that would otherwise be inaccessible to us . This is very informative Sir. I'd like to ask, if you are able to compare actual cost to the baseline using this cash flow to see the variance graphically or by the table as you've shown in this video? Thanks
