2 spoilers is dumb. Top one blocks air to the bottom one.

There’s a vent between the roof and top spoiler for the air to flow over the lower spoiler.

The 2 spoilers is actually a rather clever feature as the top one has a opening in it that allows air through it that is used to clear the rear window as the I Pace doesn’t have a rear window wiper
