With the onset of hot summer days in Spain, my absolute saviour is gazpacho. Not only is it packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, but also boasts numerous health benefits.

I love love love your products!!! Discovered you at Heathrow 2016 and have been ordering from the states ever since!! I will try the vinegar. I’ve taken it bf bed bc it helps do the same thing while you sleep, limiting a blood sugar spike in the morning, but I hadn’t heard of this. Thx!!

Definitely the vinegar, I would suffer from acid reflux, so I Heard about apple cider vinegar and the benefits, I've been doing it for over a year and I noticed a big difference, my acid reflux has gone, plus I love my eggs, I have 6 hens in my garden and the eggs are totally different from shop bought ones, I would never go back to shop bought eggs again

Just had my 64th birthday. My sister said she was at a loss as to what gift she could buy... I advised ' decent olive oil, ACV or red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar'. Happy days😂.

'Beat Arthritis Naturally ' by Emily Johnston is full of helpful tips. She recommends an anti inflammatory diet which includes many of the tips mentioned here. If your knee pain is particularly bad try the Neo G adjustable knee support which is easy to put on/take off and is comfortable and machine washable. Approx £20 from Argos or Amazon ❤

I love eggs but avoided them for ages as I have high cholesterol. Then when I became educated(!) I started eating them again & now have them several times a week. One of my other go tos is garlic. I’ve recently started adding it raw, finely sliced, to salads & also love it with blue cheese or Marmite - controversial! Can I ask Liz, is that a copper bracelet you have on & if so do you find it helpful? I’m mid 60’s with some knee pain! Thanks😊

Watching this whilst eating eggs, had my shot of ACV and tumeric better you! Always great advice from you Liz. I was wondering if you could do a section on Iodine. I have borderline hypothyroidism and started iodine but wondered if you had done any research on this? Also boron traces supplements.

Is there any loss of nutritional content if making scrambled eggs in the microwave?
@lizearlewellbeing3 ай бұрын
Experts say there's nothing about microwaves that damages food more than other cooking methods!
