Lovely! I've been sprouting broccoli seeds (mixed with various other seeds!) after seeing how high they are in sulphurophane - easy to add a handful to a plate of greens! My dad fished, so i love trout! Eating small fish like wild caught sardines is an easy and more sustainable way to get those good omega 3 fats - and I love plucking purslane from my garden for a good veggie source! I sometimes use rice noodles - grating summer squash is fun as well!

Definitely going to add lemon zest to my breakfast bowl from now on. Bit annoyed that I’d just eaten my breakfast before tuning in. Never mind there’s always tomorrow x

Excellent content. I always learn so much from you Liz. You are an inspiration and always look beautiful. I will be sure to eat more almonds and a couple of Brazil nuts a day too. Love the idea of the lemon zest! I eat wholewheat pasta, great idea to spiralize courgettes. Will be on the look out for smoked trout too! You are helping so many women, keep doing what you’re doing. Thank you❤

I think people tend to eat dinner too late. Some i know dont sit down until 8pm. Im sure that isnt good for you. The latest should be around 6pm maybe, this allows for a natural fasting for breakfast.

My favourites are everything. I love fish & veg. I don’t eat meat. Can only eat eggs of hard boiled & I get Brazil nuts covered in dark chocolate. I’m obsessed with rice and recently switched to whole meal thinking I’d hate it, but it’s perfectly nice. I do like a few packets of wotsits and a cream slice when I go food shopping!

Hi Liz, all looks lovely. Have you done any videos on low histamine foods. As someone who suffers with bad hayfever I’ve been suggested to try eating low histamine foods but there is so much conflicting information. 🙏🏻

Hello, thank you for replying to my comments. As you are an influencer, I hope you can share this information to help people like me and you who live with tinnitus. I was wondering if you could do a video on this subject that listening to binaural beats and theta waves will help.It has to include not just binaural beats but theta waves as they have beeping sound that binaural beats dont have i believe it's important to have both sounds as some binaural beats dont have these beeping sounds. Sadly it's not easy or pleasant to listen to compared to other binaural beats as there are many to treat different elements. The waves to treat tinnitus are in general unpleasant to listen to compared to other binaural waves but they are effective. I still have the condition but it's not as daily as it used to be. I believe it's the most effective way to treat tinnitus. It is one of those conditions that like most conditions it's something you have to live with but can manage. Sometimes tinnitus can also worsen if you have ear wax (serumen) . I was told by a specialist that I have a very narrow ear canal so build up is more common for people like me who have thin ear canals. A specialist told me that people who have tinnitus will have hearing loss as the years pass by compared to people who dont live with this condition. so it is highly likely that in my golden years that i may have to wear a hearing aid. The older models of hearing aids dont work as well as the modern counterparts.I learned that also having a hearing aid that has a mild vibration is better than hearing aid that doesn't vibrate, that people will adjust to this vibration over time. This is the best hearing aids to live with as they are more effective, and this would also be great to share this with you tubers. Thankyou for sharing on you tube what it is like going through the menopause as iI am perimenopause, and its great to share what it is really like and dispel the common myths that still circulate about the menopause. I will subscribe to your channel and watch more of you videos thankyou and I wish you well with your future of You tube. We are all looking to wellness and eating habits

I'm not 100% sure but she may have said she didn't eat until 10/11...maybe she doesn't class that as breakfast? 🤔

@@Jewel-ju2qz The first meal of the day is generally called breakfast because you are breaking your nightime fast... but maybe she classifies breakfast as sausage, fried bread, tomato, baked beans, mushroom, bacon and eggs!
