Have used the alfresco cream and perfume since seeing Liz recommend it - it works for me! Sadly the cost has increased this year. But it is still worth it and you have the Liz discount , to avoid being nibbled..and to smell good! Thank you, Liz. Btw, Avon body oil also works for me - a cheaper go to and you don't need much of it - honestly I only have to look at the outdoors and I get bitten really badly but these have both made going outside a joy once again.

Liz, re the medicines/hrt etc - I flew from Edinburgh to Cornwall a month ago and the (Spanish?) woman ahead of me going through Security was NOT allowed to take prescriptions AS WELL AS her creams/shampoos etc. Each was in a small clear plastic bag, the medicine was clearly labelled. They hounded her for 15 minutes, at the end of which she was crying and shaking (she had little English to cope with the issue). 3 staff members inc a supervisor there in the end - not one gave way. Obviously, she ditched one bag, in order to take her medicines/HRT etc. Never seen anything like it - so I guess it would be good to know precisely what the regulations say...and maybe even have a copy of it with you.

So today i've had overnight oats made with organic oats and organic, live natural yogurt, lunch will be 2 boiled eggs with organic wholemeal toast with added Marmite to get some Vit B12 in as well, and i currently have homemade hunters chicken in the slow cooker. My protien intake for today and most days is pretty high i think, but i'll be buying some nuts to snack on. Another great informative vlog. Thank you, Liz.

Hi Liz. I always travel light, I think I've checked in bags twice in my life and I'm 63 ! (Although a lot of travel has been on Eurostar which is so much better than flying - if it gets you where you want to go of course!)Last time I flew from Bristol airport you didn't have to take out your liquids and electronics at security which will be a big help when all airports do this. My destination airport didn't, although typically when you fly back you have fewer liquids. Over the years I've adapted, so that my shampoo is a shampoo bar from Lush, and makeup as much as possible is in a solid or stick formula. I decant moisturiser, and any other liquids into small plastic bottles and collect small toothpaste samples from the dentist. Do you know what the mosquito bite zapper is called as I'd find one of those useful as they seem to like my ankles!. Have a great holiday.😊

Love chia seeds! I make a jam from them - mix with a pan of frozen berries, water and some vanilla essence (a teaspoon of maple syrup if you can't live without!) They give that lovely jammy consistency without all the sugar that you can pop on toast or yoghurt.

My routine starts with about a 45 minute round of weight baring exercises- I incorporate 5 minute plank work and all of these exercises I follow on KZbin called Fabulous 50’s - They suit me in my 63rd year as they are at a hood pace. I’ll follow with some times a bit of body brushing then it’s a warm shower with some cold at the end- which I’ve been doing for some years - makes me feel alive! Then it’s a good body moisturising- followed by my skin care routine - same every day - then it’s coffee with a bowl of chopped apple some sugar free granola and some Greek yogurt. Tend to work bit harder this time of year as I’m only 5’ 2’’ have always had a heavier leg but can still get away wearing a bikini! What I have found extremely useful in this video are the supplements you have spoken about - I’ll definitely be checking these out …and Yes the feeling of grass beneath your feet is just lovely! Thank you for your really interesting/helpful video 👍😊

I’ve recently discovered how ultra processed the jelly cubes are the you buy in supermarkets. But I love jelly and it’s full of collagen which is very beneficial. An easy swap is to use unflavoured (preferably grass fed organic) gelatin, dissolve it in some hot water and just add 100% orange juice. or other fruit juice. It makes a lovely refreshing and healthy snack. I can’t get enough of it right now!
