Any, but I recommend Light/Buddha/KItsune. Don't swap fruits just to defeat the Ice Admiral, he's pretty easy to defeat.

yeah, you can OBTAIN them both, but you can't EQUIP them both at the same time, if you try to equip another sword it'll just replace the current sword you have. (same logic goes for fighting styles, guns, and fruits)
